Strap in for what I'm about to tell you... YOU CAN FREEZE BREAD. 

I know holy shit. 

Basically, because there will only be 1 of you, bread tends to go a bit moldy before you can get through the whole loaf. A real good way of dealing with this, is freezing your loaf and taking slices out to toast them. Toast is a simple, easy breakfast (that I know you actually quite like). 

Toast also loves to have many identities, because she is a progressive queen. Dress her up with butter, jam, marmite, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, more eggs. Honestly she wont mind.
